Asset & Wealth Management. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within
Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan
lines of business.

PositionOverview

The
Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Integration
Leader (IL) will be aligned to strategic initiatives that are focused
on delivering productivity and efficiency for WLS. This Lead will work under
guidance from WLS Transformation Leadership, coordinate across lines of business
and operational units, and engage process, product, technology and other
functional teams to deliver solutions on existing and new priorities as part of
transformation efforts to enable WLS to meet its objectives.

The
position requires an execution- and results-focused and process-disciplined
leader with strong project management and facilitation skills to deliver
against a growing future-state roadmap. This person will maintain a strategic
and innovative mindset to deliver against the future-state vision while
collaborating across a diverse set of stakeholders, managing matrixed relationships,
and presenting regularly to JPMC leadership teams.

Core Responsibilities

+ Program and Change Management:

+ Build and/or leverage a strongframework to help manage key deliverables. This includes task & activitymanagement, resource planning, reporting, issue resolution or escalation.

+ Implement resource, governance andorganization structure in order to deliver results in a complex environment.

+ Use relevant reporting andanalytical skills to address or escalate issues timely, in order to stabilizedelivery.

+ Coordinate design and testingsessions, ensuring engagement and coordination with process, product and technologyteams.

+ Execution:

+ Own and drive execution ofunderlying deliverables on existing and new programs, working closely withcross-functional and other project teams.

+ Communicate wins, milestones andupdates, motivate cross-functional teams.

+ Exhibit strong sense of ownership andaccountability at all times.

+ Strategic Engagement:

+ Identify and engage key stakeholders(decision-makers and influencers), process experts, technology leads, and otherappropriate functional resources as part of program management deliverables andto enable effective execution on priorities.

+ Leverage change management andcommunication skills to generate buy-in on key initiatives and to establish acollaborative approach.

+ Think strategically and tactically,to design and implement deliverables, with the flexibility to adjust to newinnovations, regulations and priorities.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree.

+ Previous expertise and a truepassion for process innovation and technology enablement with proven successdelivering complex, large scale initiatives.

+ Demonstrated change management, projectmanagement and leadership experience in financial services.

+ Demonstrated experience managing andcollaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functionalinitiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders.

+ Excellent judgement and independentdecision-making ability

+ Strong organization, attention todetail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competingpriorities

+ Demonstrated ability to communicateeffectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal

+ Technical skills such as MS Project,Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

+ Comfort in dealing with evolvingsituations

+ Execution and results-oriented

+ Collaborative approach, strongengagement skills

+ MBA or similar degree
