The job of the Customer Care Representative is to provide a superior experience to every customer that contacts the business through the Customer Care Department. The CCR will answer the inbound phone lines with courtesy and kindness. He or she will handle the concerns of the customer in a timely manner; this includes keeping the customer informed on any outstanding issues. The CCR is a key member who strives to maintain and strengthen relations with our customer base.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Answer inbound phone calls.
Investigate customer’s problems and find solutions.
Ensure that each customer has an informative and positive experience by using good customer service skills, and knowledge of company products and services.
Schedule service appointments.
Process driver surveys.
Monitor reports for available inventory that can be scheduled for delivery.
Work with all internal departments & furniture manufactures as required to service our customers.
Process exchanges, reselects, & returns.
Process service tech paperwork daily.
Call customers with service and delivery time frame windows.
Communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking in the English language.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
