The successful candidate shall be fully capable of performing all job functions listed in 1.0 and possess all the qualifications itemized in Sections 2.0 through 5.0.
1. Job Tasks
1.1. Receive incoming product from internal manufacturing verifying against the Work Order. Confirm counts are accurate and components are properly consumed. Stage as quarantined for Quality to inspect.
1.2. Receive incoming product from overseas and domestic vendors verifying against the delivery note and purchase order. Stage as quarantined for Quality to inspect.
1.3. After quarantine release (for finished goods and purchased goods) put items away in proper location ensuring products are stored so that the material is in the racks as FIFO. Ensure the ERP location matches the physical location.
1.4. Note the actual quantity of goods received on the packing slip for shortages/ overages and report all material discrepancies to Purchasing.
1.5 Issue raw materials, components and packaging to the production areas.
1.6. Print inventory labels.
1.7. Properly file and save all necessary records (i.e. receivers, certifications, work orders, etc.)
1.8. Receive product returned to Watson Marlow Flow Smart that properly has an RMA number on the package, place in the quarantine area and notify Quality.
1.9 Perform cycle counts on a routine basis and investigate discrepancies.
1.10. Assist Management with continuous improvement activities using Corrective Action Reports and the Preventative Action Reports.
1.11. Function as back-up to the Warehouse/ Shipping Coordinator.
1.12. Keep warehouse safe, clean, organized, and inspect material handling equipment for defects and notify maintenance personnel for repair.
1.13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
1.14. Active participant in physical inventory as required
1.15. Provide ongoing cross training and evaluation to personnel related to job duties and performance expectations.
1.16. Load and unload delivery and shipping vehicles with the assistance of a forklift or pallet jack, if needed.
1.17. Function as back up of any position in the warehouse when needed
1.18. Ensure shippable product meets quality standards and individual plays an active part in continuous improvement.
1.19. Perform other duties as assigned or directed by Manager.

5. Education/ Experience
5.1. High School graduate or equivalent
5.2. At least 2 yrs. experience working in a warehouse performing order picking, inventory receiving, and cycle counting.
5.3. Proven work record to include the ability to perform all the following:
