DLA Piper’s Wilmington Office seeks an associate with at least 1 to 3 years of law firm or bankruptcy court clerk experience and a solid restructuring practice background for its Restructuring Group. The ideal candidate will possesses significant experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business and reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters (ideally debtor-side experience). We seek candidates with immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. DLA Piper has one of the largest Restructuring practices in the United States and globally.
