The Disney Acquisitions Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager will be responsible for driving profitable customer growth for the Disney Cobrand Credit Card Program across digital channels including owned media, paid search, organic, display, social and purchase path. Additionally this role will be responsible for leading the ongoing investment planning process for all acquisition channels (both digital and non-digital) for the program, including being the program’s lead for reporting & analytics. The selected candidate will collaborate across Chase and Disney teams to help the marketing team to grow customer acquisitions efforts and ROI through continuous optimization, testing and targeting strategies. In addition, this individual will work in a highly collaborative environment with different functional teams such as finance, risk, analytics, campaign management, etc. and is expected to play a key role in devising strategies and enable decision making.
Key focus areas:
+ Develop a robust understanding of the competitive cobrand card market, deep knowledge of the Disney customer wants/needs and ideas to drive increased growth for the Disney Credit Card Program.
+ Perform new account forecasting, root cause analysis on drivers variance against budget and forecast.
+ Partner with Finance, Analytics and the Acquisition Center of Excellence to develop new and unique offer strategies to drive increased new account volumes, continued customer engagement and differentiation in the market
+ Manage all reporting / analytics needs across all acquisitions channels, including sharing key findings and recommendations for improvement with key leaders at Chase and Disney
+ Work closely with the Acquisitions Director to drive the ongoing planning process with internal teams and the partner
+ Develop a strong working relationship with the Partner to achieve goal alignment and develop marketing strategy and campaign execution for our Chase channels
+ Manage the on-going development and maintenance of all creative assets for respective channels
+ Utilize internal/external competitive insights, including reporting and analysis, to make ongoing target audience, process, and program recommendations
+ Drive efficiencies and increased conversions within Chase channels utilizing targeting capabilities
+ Seasoned professional (7+ years) preferably within the financial services industry with product marketing, marketing execution and reporting / analytics / investment planning experience. Credit card experience a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Demonstrated ability to drive optimization and innovation in digital channels
+ Understanding of P&L drivers and areas of improvement
+ Excellent relationship management skills with strong ability to influence others; experience managing partners or vendor relationships a plus
+ Self-starter, drive for results, effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
+ Strong collaborator with ability to influence across a matrixed organizational environment
+ Strong control mindset and understanding of internal processes, procedures and systems linked to campaign execution
+ Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
+ Must have excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
+ Some travel may be required
