ideal candidate will exhibit initiative to learn and demonstrate technical
expertise in clinical laboratory applications as well as the electro-mechanical
ability needed to troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory instruments, automation,
or middleware over the phone. Must possess strong computer skills and be able to
communicate effectively over the phone, and through written documentation.

candidate must have Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related or
engineering field, or equivalent experience. The position has a strong
preference to be based in the (Glasgow, DE facility, Norwood Massachusetts
facility) however, we will also consider exceptionally qualified candidates
that are field-based.
+ Providestechnical telephone support to customers and internal business partnerswith a strong focus on customer satisfaction
+ Achievescustomer satisfaction through appropriate troubleshooting, timelyfollow-up and customer soft skills
+ Accuratelydocument and communicate complaints within Siemens Healthcare Diagnosticsregulatory and departmental guidelines
+ Demonstratesa high level of technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice whilesupporting (specify product line(s)) systems. Uses highly technicalsolutions to troubleshoot complex issues with proficiency
+ Leveragesteam abilities to best serve the customer, and collaborates with teammembers and counterparts in other parts of the organization to develop andimplement action plans to resolve customer issues
+ Appropriatelyescalates customer issues to next level support and help drive timelyresolution
+ Communicatescritical customer account activity to field teams to ensure a consistentresponse to customers
+ Createsan open and supportive environment, and demonstrates enthusiasm andcommitment to Siemens Corporate and Technical Solutions Center goals
