Job Description

Responsibilities:

+ Business-focused collaboration with Information Technology and strategy development teams to help develop and modify decision platforms to ensure accurate and nimble strategy execution

+ Translate business requirements into functional requirements that are built into the credit underwriting platform

+ Decision tree development

+ Matrix development

+ Scripting Language

+ Development of testing procedures to ensure 100% accuracy

+ Coding of custom credit bureau attributes

+ Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels across the organization

Requirements:

+ 3+ years in financial services or other organization with heavy use of predictive models and strategy-based decision making platforms

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS/MIS, engineering or statistical fields

+ Experience using credit decision tools like PowerCurve, STRATA, or other comparable rules engine

+ Experience with business analysis including tactical deep dives and root cause analysis

+ SAS

+ SQL

+ Credit bureau attribute coding (LUA) a plus

+ Experience with R or Python a plus
