The Sr. IT Compliance Analyst, reporting
to the Compliance Lead, will assist in implementing the SOX compliance strategy
at Corteva. This individual will understand and engage in control practices,
audits, general risk and assurance. They will work closely with business users,
internal and external audit; information risk management; security architecture
and the privacy offices.
Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities
+ Provide guidance on IT risks, policies, standards, controls, processesand procedures.
+ Develop and execute controls and compliance plans based onrisk assessments, regulatory frameworks, and audit controls.
+ Appropriately document exceptions and deficiencies, includingworking with process owners to develop and execute a remediation plan.
+ Advise IT teams on various controls in access management,change management, disaster recovery.
+ Act as point of contact for various audit related activitiessuch as scheduling, report reviews, and remediation management.
+ Create and deliver status updates for SOX compliance.
+ Ensure compliance with best practice, SOX and regulatorycompliance requirements.
+ Prepare and present findings and recommendations tomanagement and develop action plans to mitigate risk.
+ Formulate andcommunicate recommendations to strengthen internal control processes in orderto improve operational productivity.
+ Manageoutsourcing relationships as they pertain to compliance management
+ Implementa new strategy/plan for resolution of compliance issues
+ Good understanding of SOX and IT Controls
+ Ability to communicate efficiently and effectivelywith all levels of management
+ Demonstrated project management skills
+ Flexible and creativethinking
+ Excellent communicationskills
+ Familiarity with COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO27k, PCI DSS,etc.
+ Familiarity with effectively leveraging MSP (ManagedService Provider)
+ Competency working with international teams
Experience &Education Required
+ 5to 7 years of experience with IT risks,policies, standards, controls, processes and procedures
