Chase Consumer & Community Banking(CCB) serves
consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services,
including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit
cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community
Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to
identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in
consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and
regulatory, among others.

The successful applicant will
participate in a wide variety of activities for risk including:

+ Collectingand organizing information from subject matter experts.

+ Understandingand communicating business requirements and functional/technical requirements.

+ Participatingwith IT and business teams to develop and validate functional designs and usecases for Risk projects.

+ Communicatingtechnical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business concepts totechnical stakeholders.

+ Understandingof risk controls and compliance to departmental and companywide standards.

+ Abilityto work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships toachieve common goals.

In
addition the successful applicant will:

+ Proactivelyestablish and build relationships with business and IT areas

+ Takepersonal ownership for achieving outstanding results and exercising strongleadership skills

+ B.S.or higher degree in quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science,Information Technology, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.)

+ 5+years of experience in one or more of the following: Risk, Credit cards, businessanalysis, data modeling, data warehousing, data management

+ Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written; includes the ability tocommunicate clearly and confidently, to different audiences simultaneously,such as business, technical, operations, senior management, etc.

+ Ableto interact effectively with many different types of people, teams, anddisciplines

+ Excellentanalytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

+ Self-motivated,creative and innovative, able to think outside the box

+ Workindependently with little supervision, but function as part of extended teams

+ TechnicalSkills:

+ MS Office proficient (required)

+ SQL proficient (required)

+ Experience with Oracle and Teradatapreferred

+ Experience maintaining SharePoint sites

+ Other programming experience is a plus
