Pay Grade 085 (Minimum hourly rate $31.08/hr)



Job Details

The Registrar assists the STS ACC Site Coordinator with data collection, aggregation, analysis and summary communication of data for the ACC/STS and other required national registries within the Cardiovascular Service Line. Communicates with physicians, leadership and staff within the service line to facilitate in the development and implementation of PI initiatives that will generate changes to improve patient outcomes.

Minimum Education and Experience:




Registered Nurse. Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology.

BSN or Bachelors in Health Care Administration or other Allied Health Field.


Clinical competency in adult health and illness. Minimum two years’ experience in nursing or allied health, preferably in a cardiac care setting. Prefer familiarity with data management.

Three years clinical experience in Cardiac Nursing; ideally as a Critical Care Nurse, Cardiac Step Down, Cath Lab Nurse or Cardiac Surgery or clinical experience as a cardiac cath tech with three years’ experience.

Computer/Software Knowledge:

Proficiency with Word, Excel and power point and other word processing and data base programs. Multiple types of software programs and different PC systems. Proficiency with the Internet required.

Radiology Management Systems and/or Cardiac Cath Lab information management system experience.


RN, CVT, RTR, RCIS licensed or certified in the State of Delaware.


Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

• Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to present data to physician and leadership groups in a logical manner.

• Able to effectively utilize the EMR, internet and other database support systems.

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
