Design, develop, maintain, and manage the Global Hyperion Financial System. Deliver timely, accurate financial information, maintain system integrity, and provide analysis and validation for all system output. Manage the existing Hyperion EPM applications. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data load rules, calculation and report scripts, business rules, planning data forms, and Hyperion Financial Reports. Maintain the integrity of finance reports within the Hyperion platform. Develop and maintain automation of data flowing into and out of Hyperion Planning via FDMEE. Provide input and expertise on architecting and designing system enhancements or creating new functionality for existing or new systems. Work closely with Finance team to understand the new requirements, offer best possible solutions, and implement the same in the system. Conduct user acceptance testing and work closely with the users to close any gaps. Utilize best practices and knowledge of internal and external business processes to support and enhance Hyperion applications. Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to research issues, then provide solutions and communicate concisely. Work independently, managing own workload based on priorities of the management and system users. Lead projects and initiatives related to Hyperion applications as a subject matter expert in partnership with the business. Prepare documentation where necessary, including training, process flows, and system structure. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution capabilities to provide technical solutions while adhering to IT development standards, IT Change Control process, and SOX controls/audit requirements. Partner directly with IT team, to meet compliance requirements, collaborate on integration and contribute to the broader direction of system development within the company. Partner with IT team and system administrators to resolve support issues and troubleshoot as required.
