E-Commerce Senior Supply Chain Analyst (M/F)
Wayfair.de and .co.uk has Europe’s largest online selection of furniture, home furnishings, décor and goods including more than 1.8 million products from over 3,500 suppliers across the EU and is consistently increasing. Our Operations team ensure these products are delivered to our customers in an organized and timely manner, sometimes shipping products across multiple countries in Europe to do so. Our Resolution and Recovery Team ensures that our customers feel confident that if their Wayfair purchase is not quite right, it will be easy and simple to resolve.
What You’ll Do
+ Manage work streams to drive the financial recovery of incidents resolution and contribute to the overall P&L profitability
+ Build and analyze data sets to get a deeper understanding into potential improvement levers as well as their business impact
+ Devise solutions based on the analysis to improve the incident resolutions efficiently
+ Implement cross functional solutions with multiple stakeholders, including Sales and Service, Partner Management and Engineering.
+ Advise with general SQL/Excel questions on an as needed basis
What You’ll Need
+ A Bachelor and or Masters Degree
+ Sufficient experience preferably (but not necessarily limited to) in online retail, supply chain and/or management consulting
+ Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Effective oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
+ Skilled analytical thinker; someone who looks to data for answers and opportunities.
+ Experience in business and data analytics, Excel, SQL
+ Challenge existing standards and advocate for improvements by setting new standards
+ German or another major European language
