We welcome applications from students with backgrounds in Computer Science, Usability, Management Information Systems, or related areas. Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, teamwork, and time management skills are essential. The primary focus for this role is to assist with IT Communications.

Responsibilities – WHAT YOU’LL DO:

+ Transitional activities needed to move IT communications and services to the Strategy and Planning group.

+ Develop a survey collecting information on the preferred options for how IT colleagues receive timely updates to what’s occurring in IT

+ Consider developing an opt-in structure to the multi-channel offerings we provide, allowing IT colleagues to receive or decline communications by preference. This creates a true consumer-like experience.

+ Evaluate the adoption and effectiveness of our current channels IT Yammer page, IT Community Hub, IT Newsletter – Global IT Update

This role will work in a safe manner and adopt our safety culture. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONSWHAT YOU’LL BRING:

+ Internships are available to students that are currently pursuing a Bachelors, or Masters degree in Computer Science, Usability, Management Information Systems or a related field and will be enrolled in undergraduate or graduate classes fall of 2020.

+ Minimum GPA of 3.2.

+ Must be able to relocate to the city of the internship.

+ Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) from May to August.
