Line of Business Role Description

Responsible for data requirements and data management and integration in support of the Collections and Recovery Strategy Decision Engine.

• Technology vs. BAU data requirements (new data needs, product specific requirements, etc.)

• Manages SAS Info Mapping Studio tool and any Operations Enablement owned transformation logic.

• Manages data requirements for SDE and business system integration.

Additional responsibilities include supporting data steward / data owner for all data within the SDE platform.

Support for data validation and integrity for BAU, as well as new strategies and initiatives. May leverage BI tools to build data control monitoring processes.

Partners with technology data team to identify new data sources required to support initiatives, review data related changes that may impact SDE platform.

Provides analytical support for multiple areas in Collections Services for the data within the SDE platform.

Supports achievement of business goals by gathering, extracting, validating, and provide complex analysis to support implementation of strategic plans, system enhancements, and control related items within SDE.

This position requires being the subject matter expert on multiple data points across multiple products. A sound understanding of Collections and Recovery operations and technology processes providing the data.

The position requires interaction with all areas of Collections and all levels of management to support the development, socialization, and process design for various initiatives.\\\

Required Skills

-Advance 2+ years programming and analytics experience with SAS/SQL

- Previous Collections experience

- Knowledge of data sources, repository structures, query/evaluation tools.

- Possesses a fundamental degree of knowledge of data sources, business products, operational processes, and fully understands how data is utilized for evaluation

- Ability to work with all levels of management across numerous lines

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time

- Proficient with MS Office (EXCEL, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
