Our premier client is looking for a machine operator to join their team at their client site for a 6 month opportunity. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, fast paced production environment and be capable of an efficient throughput standard for automated assembly of strings. Candidate must possess the aptitude to learn new processing technology quickly as our client continues to increase production to meet sales demand. Standard hours are Monday morning – Friday afternoon, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

•Be reliable and capable of receiving training on any shift
•Working safely and follow and support all safety initiatives.
•Utilize quality system and maintain an understanding of relevant procedures and SOP’s. Read and follow all process SOP’s to perform set-up, inspection and operation of multiple automated and manual machines.
•Perform set-up, inspection and operation of multiple automated and manual machines, along with accurately recording detailed process documentation.
•Achieve efficient throughput standards for automated and manual string assembly.
•Effectively executes the operation’s production schedule.
•Review of area key performance metrics and understanding of how this commitment impacts these.
•Willingness to work overtime as needed and be flexible in work hours to meet business demand requirements.
•Participate in individual and team continuous improvement activities.
•Base Education needed: High school diploma or equivalent
•Years of experience: 0-1
•Physical Requirements: ability to lift up to 30 lbs
•The successful completion of an extensive background check and 10-panel drug screen
