Job Description

Fabrics Lamination Technician – 3rd Shift: 11:30 pm – 7:00 am

The Fabrics Division is seeking a manufacturing technician to join our production team at our client facility in Elkton, MD as part of our temporary flex force. In this role, you will help ensure that we are meeting our operation objectives and meeting business needs. You will work with multiple types of manufacturing equipment and depending on business needs, cross-train and work in other areas of the Fabrics manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will:

•Be passionate about manufacturing products that are the highest quality in their class

•Be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating on cross-functional teams

•Recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships

Responsibilities include:

•Setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment with a focus on producing quality product on time

•Inspecting, testing and troubleshooting product offline

•Making product quality decisions

•Understanding and applying the team’s fundamental technology as it applies to manufacturing and testing

•Performing computer data entry

•Understanding and adhering to basic work instructions and procedures

•Performing detailed and accurate record keeping

•Keeping manufacturing equipment and work area clean

•Learning, supporting, practicing the client culture

•Following safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment Qualifications Required

Job Qualifications:

•Demonstrated basic mechanical aptitude

•Experience in prioritizing and performing multiple tasks

•Safety oriented focus

•Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to:

•Work overtime, weekends, and alternate between shifts as needed

•Lift 35 pounds

•To stand for the majority of the shift

•Read a ruler
