Job Description

Chemours is seeking an Enterprise Supply Chain Winter Intern to join our growing Growth & Renewal Enablement team! This position will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Business Transformation Manager in our Wilmington, Delaware location and will work a full-time schedule of 40 per week.

In support of business process transformation, this role will help to enable the organizational changes relative to Global Supply Chain Planning.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Immersing in the Supply Chain Transformation Workstream to translate program deliverables into business narratives.
  • Fully comprehend the global and regional stakeholder engagement plan and proactively coordinate the content and delivery methods.
  • Working with the Program Business Lead to maintain consistency across regions
  • Assisting BU change teams with regional communications and other readiness activities
  • Supporting & documenting communication plan development
  • Documenting change management plan and business readiness assessments
  • Developing, recording and logging change impact analysis templates
  • Documenting program and leadership communications
  • Supporting change teams in the business with templates, standard communications. etc.
  • Assisting training teams with process, policy & procedure changes

In order to be qualified for this role, you /must possess/ the following:

  • Current enrollment at an accredited university as a Junior or above in Supply Chain, Operational Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Change Management or similar area.
  • 3.0 GPA or above
  • The ability to understand how automation, business process design and human behaviors interact to support business effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation development as well as listening for and probing for clarity)
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Curious with the interest in, motivation to and ability to learn!
  • Strong interest in exploring how organizations work and how they change

  • Previous internship or co-op experience in chemicals industry
