Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding at Wayfair is the team responsible to increase our GRS by identifying, approaching and onboarding new Suppliers. The Role is a mix of Sales, strategic market and business analysis and thorough project management.
You need a good and professional presence to drive negotiations with C-Level stakeholders and need to able to build strong relationships. After building these you need to analyze what tools and levers you need to onboard committed suppliers in the best way to set them up for success at Wayfair.
Our mission is to increase Wayfair selection and GRS through the addition of new suppliers to the Wayfair platform.
+ Work within a dynamic, motivated and drive team based in Berlin – own your vertical within the onboarding environment and contribute to both your personal goals as to the company targets.
+ Work alongside x-functional stakeholders to identify blockers, develop solutions together with your peers and execute on them
+ Analyze and interpret your verticals competitive and supplier landscape and use data to drive your decisions
+ In order to build relationships and understand your supplies better you will regularly attend tradeshows and supplier meetings
Your skills and experience
+ Smart, strategic, and creative thinker.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ An entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on commercial experience.
+ Comfortable in a technology-driven, numbers-oriented business environment.
+ German and English language fluency is mandatory with any other European language being beneficial.
+ experience in negotiation preferred.
