Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves consumers and small businesses
with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small
business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance
and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management
partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and
remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud,
reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others
The Third Party Data Consumption team has ownership and responsibility for all aspects of third party data consumption, including Credit Bureau data, across all Lines of Business within CCB. The team is tasked with implementing strong controls around bureau data consumption while ensuring all FCRA guidelines, permissible use, and regulatory alignment is adhered to along with optimization of third party data. This role will primarily focus on providing leadership and guidance for Risk sponsored CCB analytic and process initiatives related to the intake and consumption of third party data. This is a critical role and will require both technical and analytical skills and the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Partner with CCB LOB stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise and guidance for any new Third Party Data requests. Specifically support initiatives to ingest new data sources into the Third Party Data Ingestion Service (aka CUBE)
+ Work directly with LOB stakeholders, IT and third party data vendors to design, test and implement data related projects.
+ Develop Post-implementation monitoring and reconciliation of Third Party Data usage including Account Review, Risk Trigger and batch processes.
+ Maintain appropriate Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA’s) and business analysis/requirements
+ Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to work independently
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of work experience
+ Strong Credit Bureau knowledge
+ Good understanding of CCB risk processes and procedures specifically credit underwriting and portfolio management policies and systems
+ Experience working with SAS, SQL, and/or other Oracle and Teradata database tools.
+ Strong data knowledge and analytical skills
+ Experience in Mortgage or Auto Industry preferred
+ Experience implementing projects in a Agile environment preferred
