Watermark Retirement Communities one of the country’s leaders in senior housing has a very unique opportunity for the person that not only has a proven track record in training and developing associates but a person that embraces a culture of coaching, training and mentoring.

For us, the right person will have minimum of 5 years in a senior Human Resource role, training and developing existing talent and the ability to identify and develop plans around breakdowns. A background in senior housing a definite plus!

In this role we are looking for the person that will oversee and further develop of our onboarding process, orientation program and play a key role in assuring the Watermark Culture is not only created in all those areas but is very present and obvious on every Watermark Community.

What you will need for this position:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years in a talent development role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Experience as part of the senior leadership team
