Associate Marketing Coordinator – Leads Analyst

Wilmington, DE

The Marketing team is seeking a Leads Analyst who will be responsible for qualifying and assigning leads from all markets and channels. The research and qualification process includes ensuring that accurate company and contact information is provided to the Sales team via The individual will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team leaders to gain their feedback on the quality of the leads.

Some of the things you will be doing:

+ Monitor the leads inbox and distribute leads in a timely manner to the appropriate sales reps based on qualification and assignment rules

+ Create/update account and contact information as needed in Salesforce

+ Research pertinent company information to further qualify leads

+ Assign leads to marketing campaigns in Salesforce for revenue tracking

+ Upload and distribute leads generated from our webinars and events using Salesforce

+ Qualify and uncover new lead sources using internal and third-party databases

+ Monitor and track progress on data maintenance work in Salesforce

+ Reassign lost customers and convert prospects to the correct sales reps

+ Ensure all customers and qualified prospects are assigned

+ Align accounts based on the corporate hierarchy

+ Review and delete unqualified leads

+ Create and distribute key metrics that evaluate our success

?What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

+ CRM experience –, or similar

+ Microsoft Office Suite experience – Excel, Word, and Access (plus, but not required)

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

+ Attention to detail

+ The ability to work independently and function as part of a team

+ Strongly customer-focused

+ Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
