Description

Specifies and coordinates the implementation of a project. Responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. Typically requires strong technical skills, proven project management experience, and an understanding of the business issues. Scope Variants Variants relate to the size (budget), complexity, and/or timescale of the project along with project team composition as principal guides for determining the appropriate job match.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading Process Reengineering efforts in transforming various processes globally
  • Setting up measurements for various process and comparing with Industry Benchmarking
  • Conduct process improvement workshops with various process teams
  • Driving culture of continuous improvements through trainings and upskilling of resources
  • Lead global process standardization projects
  • Be the change leader for improving the process maturity levels
  • Be the single point of contact for all process improvement projects
  • Keep track of all improvement projects and reporting
  • Take lead in process digitization and transformation efforts by working with functional teams

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt

Experience

  • 10 years of experience working with vendors, consultants and other business partners.
  • 10 years of experience working in a project management role.
  • Project Management Lifecycles such as SCRUM, SDLC and Waterfall and knowing when to use them
  • Budget Management experience

Knowledge

  • 5 years progressively with project management implementations – including Merger and Acquisition integrations
  • 5 years of Financial Performance and Analysis preferred but not required
  • SAP integration experience preferred
