Job Description

he Info Sec Tech Lead Analyst is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi’s data security policy.

Responsibilities:

•Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groups

•Ensure that supported Technology units(IT) practice and conform with IS policies and standards and ensure compliance to Global IS programs

•Perform Information Security reviews of applications

•Reports IS gaps to Technology management and assist them with corrective action plans to remediate/mitigate the risk

•Recommend security solutions according to Citi Security standards and Industry best practices

•Promote awareness of current policies and standards, as well as revisions and developments; provide consistent interpretation of policy to IT

•Analyze source code to mitigate identified weaknesses and vulnerabilities within the system

•Reduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions

•Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts

•Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

•6-10 years of relevant experience Information Security, IT Risks and Controls assessment

•Good understanding of the Information security control domains such as Authentication/ Authorization/ Access Control, Entitlement Management, cryptography, Audit logging is required

•Good knowledge of Application vulnerabilities and software development processes is required

•Integration of security assessments in Software development life cycle (SDLC) process is desirable

•Experience with general IT control risk assessment and/or IT controls audit is desirable

•Experience with vulnerability assessment and related risk assessment tools and/or application development experience is a plus.

•Minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to team participation

•Ability to work with cross functional teams such as development managers, project managers, technology peers, and business contacts is required.

•Strong problem solving/analytical skills

•Good written/verbal communication skills

•Fluent in English

•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software

•Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

•Proven influencing and relationship management skills

•Proven analytical skills

•Professional certifications, such as CISSP and CSSLP, or willingness to obtain certification within 12-18 months of start date.

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

•Master’s degree preferred
