Job Description:

Responsible for developing and managing Loyalty Marketing Strategies that support the financial needs and life priorities of our clients by providing and reinforcing value and card feature adoption across our consumer credit cardsolutions. In doing so, establish and manage an engagement strategy that increases card utilization and deepens relationships while optimizing the client experience through our high tech / high touch channels. Will partner with multiple teams to initiate the design of seasonal campaigns and provide product leadership throughout the execution of each campaign. Candidate must have a proven history of strong influencing and partnership skills, being a self-starter, and demonstrating exceptional communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of credit card marketing, consumer card products, and P&L drivers is required.

Key Responsibilities

+ Leverage campaign performance and market research to develop strategies to maximize client engagement and feature adoption

+ Work with Finance and Analytical Partners to identify portfolio trends and targeting segments to optimize performance

+ Develop business cases to support recommended loan growth strategies and initiatives

+ Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to drive strategy integration

+ Partner with Risk Partners to ensure compliance and optimization of product regulations and policies

Job Requirements

+ Strong Knowledge of credit card products and industry

+ Analytical mindset with an ability to make data driven decisions

+ Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases

+ Ability to lead with influence and collaborate across stakeholders

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Ability to work with all levels of management and to work in cross functional teams

+ Strong independent leader and ability to prioritize work to meet aggressive milestones

+ 3+ years of experience in strategy development

Preferred Skills

+ 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing

+ Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

+ SQL, SAS or similar data management tools
