What does a great Lending Implementation Consultant do?

Working in the Professional Services department of Fiserv, you will provide analysis, consultation, recommendations and hold responsibility for our credit union and bank clients during implementation of the DNA Core Financial Software. It is vital that the clients’ business needs are met by supporting them both with strategic consulting and implementations of post live items/modules. You will get to work closely with clients and internal partners to ensure delivery of their suite of products and provide the outstanding solutions to the clients’ needs.

You can look forward to:

+ Demonstrating Subject Matter Expertise in:

+ Loan set up, configuration and servicing, consumer Lending to include Home Equity and Indirect Lending, Commercial Lending, and Mortgage Lending.

+ Supporting the sales and consulting team

+ Providing premier, industry recognized, recommendations for implementation and process improvement with the conversion of DNA

+ Configuring and Implement DNA Core Processing Functionality

+ Detailing client and internal discussions and decisions

+ Handling or resolving a fixed percentage of Service cases, preparing and advancing others to higher levels within the team

+ Testing new features and functionality of the product suite

+ Evaluating client readiness for conversion

+ Conducting support and training sessions with clients

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

+ High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 4 years’ experience working within a financial institution, bank or credit union specifically related to consumer, commercial, banking operations and/or mortgage loan servicing.

+ 4 years’ experience in Microsoft Excel

+ Core system administration and system operations

+ Availability to travel up to 50% within the United States via air travel

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

+ 2 + years of DNA Core system experience

+ SQL experience
