Finance Business Architecture (FFBA) team is responsible for the Global Finance
organization Data Acquisition & Consumption (including Credit Risk &
Treasury), Financial & Management Reporting, and General Ledger (GL) Target
Platform Strategies. The team has established a consolidated framework
that creates opportunities for broad-scale communication, streamlined
governance, and increased oversight.
A key objective of the Business Architect
Team is to manage the delivery of large scale infrastructure programs and
business process change management events to ensure accurate, complete and
consistent data is readily available for both internal financial reporting and
external regulatory reporting purposes, consumed by both LOB stakeholders and

As a member of the
Business Architecture Project Implementation team, you will work closely
with Line of Business stakeholders, data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs),
Consumers and technology teams across Finance, Credit Risk & Treasury and
the various Program Management teams.
responsibilities is to manage the Liquidity Risk Reporting Release Management
team and oversee the delivery of monthly Liquidity Reporting Releases.
As Manager of the team you will have a
variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
+ Manage aglobal team of 3 release manager.
+ Issuesresolution an escalation of critical risks.
+ Influence andcommunicate with senior stakeholder (business, operations, technology)relationships.
+ Drivecompliance of Liquidity Release Management standards and operating model.
+ Driveend-to-end project strategy discussions and develop and deliver plans forsuccessful project delivery of firmwide and LOB change events impactingFinance, Credit and Treasury reporting
+ Identify and drivesolutions for business process re-engineering activities, along withcreating supporting documentation and end user operational experience andusage of Finance and Risk platforms.
+ Provideoversight of the release plan inclusive of project or release scope,critical milestones, sourcing requirements, test strategy and executionand implementation checklists andstakeholder / technology activities
+ Provide leadership anddirection for junior members of the team, driving the vision/strategy forthe project or release and providing opportunities for junior team membersto expand their knowledge and skillset
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 7+ years of project management and business analysis experience andprocess re-engineering.
+ Proven experience in delivering large complex programs and managingsenior stakeholder relationships
+ Solid understanding of Financial and/or Regulatory reportingprocesses; understanding of Liquidity Reporting related data is a plus
+ Previous experience in Financial Services a plus
+ Knowledge and experience of traditional credit (Loans, Deposits,Cash) and trading products (Derivatives and Securities) a plus
+ Previous experience in Finance, Risk or Operations functions a plus
+ Experience with Agile delivery and the JIRA tool plus
+ Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technicalknowledge
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability totailor messaging to various audiences
+ Ability to lead and influence and build strong relationships withpartner teams
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streamsof work concurrently
+ Must be detail oriented, highly responsible and able to work withtight deadlines
+ Strong team-orientation and leadership skills
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills; sound judgment with arisk mindset
+ Overall strong desktop skills including Excel and PowerPoint
