Job Description:

The Digital/ATM Fraud Policy Lead will lead efforts to identify fraud prevention opportunities and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and documenting fraud policies across both products. The candidate will be the primary point of contact to our product owners. The Fraud Policy Lead will also collaborate and partner with key stakeholders in strategy, servicing, detection, authentication, and claims.

The responsibilities include:

? Review and understand the latest fraud trends and recommend solutions to mitigate losses

? Establish and lead fraud communication forums with internal clients and business partners

? Establish and develop business cases for initiatives and projects

? Document and evaluate existing/new fraud policies

? Partner with product owners, fraud strategy, authentication, operations, and claim stakeholders to drive improvements

? Understand internal systems and processes to understand how they interact in order to identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses

? Monitor reports to identify risks/trends

? Effectively communicate fraud performance/key metric updates to various audience levels

? Ability to independently challenge the status quo, identify opportunities, investigate issues, and propose recommendations

? Demonstrate strong ability to influence others

Required Skills:

? Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of fraud/risk management experience

? Fraud/Risk background

? Digital or Deposits experience

? Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

? Knowledge of Microsoft office with expertise in Word, Excel, and Power Point

? Self-motivated and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver action results quickly

Preferred Skills:

? Experience with SAS/SQL/R/Python is preferred
