What does a great Principal Consultant of Professional Services do?

You will provide analysis, consultation and recommendations to credit union and bank clients during deployment of DNA Core Financial Software, in order to ensure clients’ business needs are met. In addition, you will support post live clients with both strategic consulting and implementations of post live items/modules. Engage with clients and internal business partners to ensure delivery and implementations of their suite of products and provide the best-in-class solutions to the clients’ needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

As a Support sales and consulting team member, you will act as a change champion, posses professional writing skills, provide premier, industry recognized, recommendations for operational improvement working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment

+ Configure and Implement DNA Core Processing Functionality

+ Document client and internal discussions and decisions

+ Execute specific duties and groups of work as assigned

+ Lead/resolve a fixed percentage of Service cases, prepare and advance others to higher levels within the team

+ Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite

+ Engage with Fiserv clients and evaluate Readiness for conversion

+ Lead UAT sessions with converting clients

+ Ensure client satisfaction

+ Back Up Principal and Implementation Consultants

Basic Qualifications for consideration:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 2 + years of DNA Core system experience

+ 10 + years in subject area of expertise within the financial industry

+ The ability to travel on average of 50-75%, this may include weekend and holidays

+ Analytical thinking

+ Strategic Consulting

+ Highly motivated to execute on deliverable on time

+ Proficiency in MS office tools

+ Core system Administration

+ Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the major areas:

Finance/Back Office and Accounting

+ Back Office Processing

+ Deposit Operations

+ Retail Deposit

Loan Origination/Servicing

+ Consumer/Commercial/Mortgage Product and Loan Servicing

+ Investor/Participation Lending

+ Back Office Processing

+ System Operations
