Customer Service Liaison Team – Customer Service Representative

Wilmington, DE

What you’ll do for us:

+ Support CLS CSR’s in forms request, research and order entry

+ Research of state statues to provide customer state filing requirements

+ Recommending process improvements where applicable

+ Directly responsible to organize the workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands

+ Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services

+ Supports 3+ product groups

+ Responsible for $600K+ revenue

+ Contract Agent Requests

+ Patriot Act Agreements

+ Other Research/KB Charts – Research maybe charged hourly rate

+ File Direct Entry Rep Recovery processing

These are the qualifications, skills, and experience that will provide a successful foundation for the position:

+ Customer Service representative or Foreign filing experience a plus

+ Customer-service oriented

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Problem solving skills

+ Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Strong prioritization and time management skills

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Has a “can do” attitude and a positive outlook

+ Flexibility and agility

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel

+ Foreign filing experience is a plus
