IT Solution Delivery Specialist- Customer Experience/Commercial Industry (Job Number: 206203W-01)
We are seeking a candidate who is
passionate about delivering Information Technology solutions to achieve the
growth, service, and productivity goals for multiple business lines within
Sales and Marketing.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
In a dynamic environment, the successful
candidate will deliver in the following key areas:
+ Collaboratewith the Sales and Marketing IT Business Relationship Leaders as well asbusiness stakeholders to understand priorities, and work with the overallIT organization and partners to develop and maintain road maps.
+ Beaccountable for the successful delivery of solutions through directproject management and project oversight of IT partners on the Sales andService Cloud platform (Saleforce.com).
+ Ensurethe successful transition of solutions to the Service Deliveryorganization for on-going sustainment.
+ Identifyunmet needs and opportunities where Information Technology can deliverbusiness benefits and competitive advantages.
+ Contributeto the overall success of the company and function by infusing independentinternal and external research and analysis of technology related to Salesand Marketing.
+ Abilityto move between big picture thinking and detailed analysis.
+ ExecuteScrum Master responsibilities in an Agile environment.
+ Assessbusiness needs, design, prioritize, monitor, and manage enhancementrequests
+ Gatherbusiness and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, andprioritizing requirements andcommunicating to the appropriate IT groups.
+ Understandand document requirements for configuring, testing, and launchingSalesforce solutions.
+ Mapfunctional requirements to Sales or Service Cloud (Salesforce.com)features and functionality.
+ Understandlegacy systems and translate features into requirements for the Salesforceplatform (including data migration and integration requirements).
+ Evaluateinformation gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistencies andbreak down high-level information into details.
+ UnderstandSalesforce.com administration and security
Your qualification profile:
+ Bachelor’s degreein Information Technology or related field
+ Passion for and anunderstanding of Sales and Marketing processes
+ Comfortable withengaging business colleagues and leadership to reinforce the benefits ofprocess design and technology capabilities
+ Comfortable withleading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Demonstrated 5years of IT experience with Sales or Service Cloud (Salesforce.com)
+ Demonstrated 3years of project management experience
+ Excellentinterpersonal skills
+ Strong written andoral presentation skills
+ Demonstratedability to solve complex problems
+ Desire toparticipate in on-going training in technologies and business domains
+ Willingness totravel domestically and internationally 5% of the time as needed
+ Flexibility inwork hours as this is a global role
+ Scrum Experience
+ Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) Certification
+ Strongunderstanding of master and reference data
+ Basicunderstanding of databases and data modeling
