regulatory experts, scientists, and members of the business to bring

succeed in today’s demanding job market.

A key to transforming discoveries
into real-world industrial products and applications is using an agile Knowledge
Management (KM) interface between science, biotechnology, regulatory compliance
and product stewardship. Working with Biomaterials PS&R to apply Knowledge
Management approaches will allow you the opportunity to create coveted skill
sets that will stay with you throughout your career.

We are currently seeking, talented,
driven and creative college students to work on knowledge management
initiatives with our Biomaterials Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R)
team located at our DuPont Biomaterials headquarters in Wilmington, DE:

+ Biomaterials PS&R Co-Op Program – requires a commitment of six months or more, with sessionavailability starting in January of 2020.

As a Co-Op, you will have an opportunity to do thefollowing:

+ Adopt andembrace DuPont’s core values of safety, ethics, respect for people, andenvironmental stewardship both on a personal and business level.

+ Develop anunderstanding of DuPont Biomaterials strategic businesses, functions andoperations, our product offerings and how product safety and compliancerequirements and issues are managed.

+ Work withexperienced product stewardship, regulatory, safety, and toxicologyprofessionals in the performance of responsibilities, including the applicationof KM approaches to improve tools and processes for streamlined PS&Rworkflows.

+ Work in adynamic team environment that leverages the resources of a largeorganization and interfaces with multiple functions (R&D, QA/QC,Supply) and businesses.

+ Gainexposure to both the domestic and international aspects of ensuringcompliance and sustainability of DuPont Biomaterial’s products andprocesses across the markets we serve.

+ Participatein work-specific training, development and enrichment activities withleadership across the Biomaterials business and DuPont.

Qualifications

Qualifiedcandidates will exhibit the following characteristics:

+ Currently at least a sophomore in an undergraduatebachelor’s degree program, or a graduate student in a master’s degreeprogram.

+ Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology,Regulatory Sci, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, Public Administration,Regulatory Science or related fields such as Molecular Biology,Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Environmental Science

+ Familiarity with theoretical and practical aspects inrelated areas of knowledge management, information or content management systems,business process and analytics, and/or library sciences

+ Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership experience – suchas community volunteerism

+ High level of initiative and the ability to work in a fastpaced, highly collaborative team environment

+ Microsoft Office Suite experience – especially Excel, SharePoint,and Access, familiarity with content management systems a plus

+ Organizational and analytical ability

+ Available to complete the entire assignment

+ Have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction
