JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director, Technology Controls Governance and Strategy Lead, to join the CCB (Consumer & Community Banking) & AWM (Asset Wealth Management) organizations. This position will report to the Managing Director of CCB & AWM CTC Governance and Controls and interface directly with the Sr. Leadership in developing the strategy and vision for the organization, as well as governing, executing and reporting on the book of work. The role will work with the CTC organization, as well as the CCB and AWM technology and business controls teams and be responsible for leading the overall work streams around strategy, metrics, reporting and communications.
The person best suited for this position will be a highly independent and self-motivated individual, with excellent written / verbal communication skills. As this position will lead multiple work streams, strong program management and organization skills are required. This position will offer the opportunity to work across the CTC organization, as well as business and technical colleagues, HR, recruiting, finance and business management teams, while having day to day responsibility for ensuring business delivery.
+ Facilitate the strategic roadmap development with AWM and CCB CTC Leadership to drive key programs and initiatives, including producing the18 month roadmap
+ Lead the AWM & CCB CTC ISM Communications programs, including but not limited to periodic email communications, town halls, leadership meetings and in-person events
+ Develop the communication materials to capture strategic initiatives and facilitate communicationacross the CTC ISM & Product teams and to our technology customers; lead the facilitation of materials with key stakeholders
+ Maintain the metrics and reporting of OKRs and other key standards to measure and report on CTC delivery; Executive level summary of quarterly accomplishments
+ Lead the Program management and reporting function to support the above areas including managing book of work, demand management and status reporting
+ Work across the line of business ISM organizations to drive consistency in ISM roles & responsibilities
+ Development and drive workforce management initiatives, including but not limited to, improved engagement across the CTC teams & increased organizational efficiency
This role requires a variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
+ Expert in Resource Management; Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management, including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence
+ In-depth knowledge of at least one technology discipline (e.g., software delivery, infrastructure management)
+ Ability to build an innovative culture
+ Demonstrated transformational Change Management
+ Experience contributing to / supporting long term strategic planning (e.g., roadmap creation and execution)
+ Demonstrated success leading and designing workforce efficiency initiatives to include strategic programs in continuous improvement, process optimization and adoption of best practices in a large, diverse organization.
+ Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
+ Strategic thinking and communication with respect to Cybersecurity and Technology Controls
+ Team player, partner and influencer
+ Proven strategic and execution experience with collaboration and influencing skills is a must.
+ Excellent oral and written presentation skills for all audiences, including Execution leadership and Business partners
