This position is a Quantitative Analyst role on the Valuation and Media Effectiveness Analytics Team within our Product and Marketing organization. This team provides analytical insights regarding customer opportunity and value across products and measures the effectiveness of our Media and 3rd Party Marketing in capturing value while improving the Brand. Specific work includes:
• Managing and refining the way we think assess customer growth opportunities
• Segmenting customers based on current value and potential growth
• Expanding the set of valuation tools to understand short term and long term impacts of marketing initiatives
• Through partnerships with internal and external teams, measuring the contribution of media and 3rd party marketing to Brand attributes, customer engagement, and business outcomes
• Identifying innovative uses of customer data to target high-value business opportunities and drive improved performance
• Presenting conclusions, implications and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
As a Quantitative Analyst II, you will leverage multiple databases to obtain customer and performance data necessary to deliver analytical customer insights across products in response to operational and performance-related requests from our Marketing and LOB partners. These work efforts include projects that range from identifying top-down views of attainable opportunity for acquisition and deepening, and profiling key customer segments and patterns of behavior. The Quantitative Analyst II role has a large emphasis on relationship management and senior stakeholder communication in addition to performing hands-on, complex analyses; it entails direct partnership across other analytics teams where greater product or channel input is required; it entails partnering with other marketing measurement and marketing insights teams to integrate research and campaign insights into an overall perspective of media effectiveness.
