Job Description:

The role will work within the Enterprise Credit Risk team, creating data feeds to assist in the development of risk reporting.

Responsibilities include:

+ Develop SQL scripts for monthly process and use SQL for ad hoc analysis

+ Gather and analyze data from multiple sources

+ Maintain data documentation and process quality control procedures as well as executing monthly scripts.

+ The candidate will interact with retail risk reporting team as well as the Global Risk leadership team.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ 2+ years SQL Advanced programming experience

+ Teradata, SQL server or Oracle database experience

+ Experience multi-tasking and detail oriented

+ Microsoft Office, Access and Excel expertise

Desired Skills and Experience:

+ 3+ years SAS Advanced programming experience

+ Experience within a Financial institution experience

+ Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation – desktop procedures, QA / QC, Runbook, metadata, end to end data lineage (KBE/PDE) etc.

Enterprise Role Overview

Responsible for performing complex analysis and is engaged in the development of modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposures. Provides analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports for senior mgt. Reviews and analyzes trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. May participate in or develop complex program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modelling. Master’s degree or large data experience preferred; Programming experience like SQL, SAS preferred and/or Micro Strategy experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience.
