responsibilities:

General responsibilities:

+ Work as part of leadership team on formulation and implementation of growth strategy

+ Collaborate with the Ownership on special projects, business strategy and operational analysis

+ Manage all aspects of financial, managerial, and operational reporting; providing timely and accurate financial statements to ownership

+ Implement and lead the company’s budgeting/forecasting processes

+ Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, human resources, legal and information technology functions as well as risk management, banking relationships, investment decisions, regulatory compliance and assurance relations

+ Provide environment supporting development of team members

+ Work collaboratively with other departments to seek opportunities to drive business results

+ Identify and implement accounting process improvements to drive accuracy and reporting flexibility

+ Guide and mentor direct reports related to allocating work, training, evaluating performance, and rewarding excellence

qualifications:
