Job Description:

Responsible for managing execution of complex pricing and disclosure remediation affecting consumer card products. Oversee the identification of account impacts using internal data resources from the various operational data stores. Analyst will develop remediation requirements, oversee execution, conduct testing/validation, develop customer communication and maintain documentation of outcomes. Must have subject matter expertise for consumer platform functionality (including technical), product rules and regulations. Analyst will work with management and support partners (Compliance, OpRisk, Legal, LOB) to determine remediation steps and execute corrective action. Also works closely with Technology to generate requirements to address process gaps and execute remediation. Analyst will also assist with development and implementation of remediation reporting requirements and prioritization routines.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of project management and/or related experienced experience

• Understanding of credit card pricing and disclosure processes

• Experience with Microsoft tools including Access, Excel

• Strong analytic skills

• Ability to analyze data to drive differentiated performance

• Organized and detail oriented

• Strong desire to learn and develop

• Demonstrated the ability to solving problems using creativity

• Proven history of applying to critical thinking to drive change

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of the governing Consumer regulations – Z, B, AA, E, etc.

• Familiarity with SQL and/or SAS tools

• Experience with Consumer Platforms (e.g. TERADATA, TSYS)
