Job Description

This leadership position focuses on the overall strategy and
development of credit products to accelerate spend, balance growth and
profitability through meeting consumer needs. Product development responsibilities
span our Retail Payment Solutions lines of business and include the U.S. Bank
Brand, our Elan agent FI business and our co-brand/partner businesses. In
addition, this position will be the primary point of contact for a number of important
strategic initiatives, will provide leadership for critical cross business
initiatives and partner with RPS Business Development teams to deliver
customer-focused, differentiated and compelling value propositions.

Specifically, this leader will:

+ Demonstrate the ability to develop and lead amulti-faceted growth strategy effectively and efficiently, with the rightbalance of customer-focus and profitability

+ Serve as the ‘thought leader’ around consumerinsights and competitive trends associated with credit cards as well asmarketing positioning and packaging

+ Have a keen understanding of underlying businessdrivers, with the ability to drive strategy in partnership with customerexperience, lines of business, finance and credit risk and compliance

+ Ensure products have the appropriate focus tosupport volume objectives and return hurdles while driving increasedprofitability

This position reports to the Head of Product &
Experience for RPS.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a seasoned executive with increasing card
management, product development and P&L responsibility. A strong customer
focus with demonstrated creative thinking and innovation in the financial
services space is necessary for success.

Highly polished written and oral presentation skills, strong
facilitation skills and the ability to work in a matrixed organization are
required. 10 years product development, product management, customer
experience and innovation work; MBA a .
