ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY / CARDIAC CATH LAB TECH – Full Time

The EP / Cath Lab Tech Assists physicians in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology Laboratory. The Technologist will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, ablations, device implants and other related procedures.

Requires an A.S. in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiology Technology or related CAAHEP Cardiovascular Training Program. Two years’ experience within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab, performing interventional, diagnostic, cardiac implants, ablations and electrophysiology procedures or in lieu of experience must have letter of recommendation from Program Director and Clinical Site Preceptor from the graduating school. ACLS and BLS required. Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
