In this
position you will be responsible for solving complex business problems through
deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence marketing and growth initiatives
of consumer brands businesses including Freedom, Slate & Sapphire. On top
of hands-on analytical abilities, the successful candidate should be a self-motivated
strategic thinker & influencer.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Apply critical thinking skills andperform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex andmulti-faceted business problems

+ Conduct analysis to offer datadriven insights across product, marketing and customer engagement

+ Use analytical methods to segmentcustomers based on internal and external attributes to clearly identifyopportunities for growth, drive targeting strategies and measure overallportfolio performance

+ Actively monitor portfolio forweaknesses and opportunities; measure portfolio marketing/campaigneffectiveness

+ Interface with businessstakeholders to define problems and develop analytically driven solutions

+ Ability to work independently andcollaboratively with product/marketing, centralized analytics, risk& finance teams


+ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitativediscipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, ormathematics.

+ 5+ years of data analyticsexperience in product, marketing, finance or risk preferably withinfinancial services industry

+ Hands-onexperience with SAS, SQL, Python, R or other advanced analytical tools

+ Demonstratedexperience in analyzing voluminous amounts of unstructured data

+ Understanding of the key driverswithin the credit card P&L is preferred

+ Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
