Our client in Elkton, MD is looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Support & Receptionist Associate. This individual will partner with our Administrative team on handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks and duties.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be dependable, self-motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Possess well-developed organization, communication and prioritization skills
• Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and knowledgeable of Gore’s Communication & Collaboration tools (WebEx, video conferencing, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of Lotus Notes
In addition to reception coverage, key responsibilities include handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks as described:
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years administrative experience
• Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated strength using Communication & Collaboration tools (WebEx, video conferencing, etc.)
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, respond to requests in a timely manner, and identify opportunities to streamline processes
• Demonstrated ability to:
o Quickly pick up and master software systems
o Identify and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high demand, diverse work environment
o Effectively communicate (both written and verbal) and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions with minimal guidance
• Exemplary customer-service skills, along with professional appearance and demeanor
• Proven success as a team player who uses good judgment and negotiates, develops, and maintains positive relationships with associates and customers
• Self-initiative with the ability to think and work independently as well as work within a team
• Demonstrated problem identification and problem solving skills
• Proactive and flexible approach to daily commitments
• Strong practitioner of the Culture
