senior software engineering associate will engage and improve the whole
lifecycle of services – from inception and design, through deployment,
operation and refinement – all while scaling through automation and evolving systems
by pushing change that improves reliability and velocity. The core
responsibilities are designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining,
and enhancing software tooling/solutions and designing and implementing
automated deployment strategies that scale with the business. The successful
candidate will be able to research, design and apply advanced security
techniques while managing individual project priorities, deadlines and
deliverables. Experience building software platforms is highly desirable.


role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ BS/BAdegree or equivalent experience

+ Advancedknowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

+ Understandingof architecture and design across all systems

+ Workingproficiency in developmental toolsets

+ Knowledgeof industry wide technology trends and best practices

+ Abilityto work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, andpassionate about building an innovative culture

+ Proficiencyin one or more modern programming languages – Java is required; C/C++,JavaScript, Python and others are nice to have

+ Understandingof software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance andsoftware improvement

+ 5+ years of Java softwareengineering experience to include implementationof highly scalable systems, release management, software configuration, design,development and implementation is required

+ Should be well versed in various operating systemslike Linux, Windows, Mac and/or CentOS and be knowledgeable of at least onepublic cloud service – Amazon Web Services (AWS), MS Azure, Google Cloud…

+ Solid understanding of design patterns such as MVC,Singleton and Factory is required. So is a working knowledge of web serverslike Tomcat, HTTP, JBOSS, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, and Nginx

+ Preferred qualifications:Experience with containertechnologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, or Open Container Initiative(OCI); CI/CD experience utilizing tools such as Github, Terraform, Jenkins, etcand practical exposure with automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, andPuppet; knowledge of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, riskmanagement processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering andthreats & vulnerabilities, including IR methodologies; experience in eitherthreat intelligence, application security, cryptography, or endpoint security
