Travel Coordinator

Wilmington, DE

We are currently seeking a Global Corporate Travel Coordinator in our Wilmington, DE corporate headquarters.

This position will be responsible for all activities related to the management of CSC’s global corporate travel and expense program. You will be the go-to person for any relevant matters from booking tickets to reconciling expenses to ensuring travel safety and program compliance on an as-needed basis.

Some of the things you will be doing:

+ Manage the design, development and/or deployment of strategic policies and programs for corporate travel.

+ Act as the key system administrator and enterprise liaison for Concur, CSC’s corporate travel booking and expensing tool.

+ Support all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations as needed.

+ Manage relationships with company personnel, travel agencies, third party suppliers.

+ Support the negotiation and management of travel service providers.

+ Interface with all levels of CSC functions and organizations to facilitate delivery of travel management products and services.

+ Support the management of corporate travel credit card programs and charges.

+ Drive continuous improvement of travel programs.

+ Provide individual or group training to new employee participants.

+ Assimilate any new business or acquisition into the corporate travel program

+ Resolves, responds to and proactively anticipates needs and concerns and initiates actions for problem resolution.

+ Communicates any changes that may impact company personnel.

+ Analyzes data and generates visual metrics to support business requirements utilizing system reports for metrics.

+ Manage Enterprise Travel Mailbox

+ Review, audit, and process T&E expense reports and employee direct reimbursements as required.

+ Reports, interprets and drives compliance in all aspects of travel policy

+ Escalates policy non-compliance per agreed to frequency and format

Tasks may include:

+ Resolves, responds to and proactively anticipates needs and concerns and initiates actions for problem resolution.

+ Evaluates products, services and processes against industry standards and norms to validate existing service offerings and identify best practices to drive continuous improvements.

+ Communicates any changes that may impact company personnel.

+ Analyzes data and generates visual metrics to support business requirements utilizing system reports for metrics. (Future state if Concur allows)

+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:

+ Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to adjust communication styles to reflect the audience ranging from tactical to executive.

+ Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.

+ Quantitative analytical skills including a proclivity for working with numbers, reports and data.

+ Willingness to become proficient with but also understand that systems have limitations and do not always account for unanticipated variables and evolving trends. Good judgment will be key.

+ The ability to think globally and strategically, with a perspective of the business beyond current state.

+ Concur experience highly desired.

+ Microsoft Products including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook experience required.
