Job Description

a member of our Software Engineering Group we look first and foremost for

as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to

Work collaboratively with Product Owner and the team to deliver new code using the most efficient design solution approach. Estimate and plan JIRA stories, document your tasks, perform hands on coding and code peer review to guarantee stability of applications, adhere to architecture standards, risk management, security policies, processes and procedures, reate full code test coverage using automated testing tools, learn existing databases and data replication processes, provide SME level production support as required.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ BS or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years of software development experience developing financial industry applications preferred

+ Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

+ Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

+ Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

+ Working proficiency in developmental toolsets such as advanced level skills in Java/J2EE, UI, Java Script, Cloud-Based frameworks (AWS), strong RDBMS understanding, Sybase preferred. Databases SQL or no-SQL technologies; Automated Testing tools Nautilus Selenium, Cucumber, PASTA, messaging JMS, Linux/Unix Shell Scripting,

+ Experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, ReactJS, Angular JS, EXTJS, NodeJS, JQuery, Json Microservices. Cloud development experience is a plus

+ Knowledge of standard build and deployment tools, Understanding of devops modelDemonstrated proficiency with: XML; XSLT< DTD or Schema modeling, DOM/XPath/SAX parsing, open source technologies: RESTful, MyBatis, Junit, Log4J, Spring, SpringBoot, Ant, Maven, Jenkins Hudson, using IntelyJ IDE

+ Experience in automated testing and continuous integration; manage source code (GIT)

+ Strong Agile development experience and practices
