CLS Corporate Trainer

Wilmington, DE

We are currently seeking a Trainer in our Wilmington, DE office for our Corporate Transactional Fulfillment business area.

Responsibilities include:

+ Conducting foundational training for new hires. This includes delivery of training, maintaining training modules, and designing of new training modules.

+ Measuring and assessing training effectiveness.

+ Providing feedback to training participants through partnership with leaders, assessments and observations.

+ Creating and maintaining training records and reports along with measurable goals and objectives.

+ Tracking and follow up on Training Plan progress

+ Conducting regular audits and surveys to determine effectiveness of training program. Make recommendations, changes, and revisions based on findings.

+ Providing feedback regarding system and procedural issues that need to be reviewed or improved, as well as suggestions to help refine processes, templates, etc.

+ Developing effective business relationships with leaders, workflow coordinators, and area subject matter experts.

+ Supporting corporate training initiatives.

+ Learning technology that is needed to design training in our learning portal and other programs as they are identified.

Qualifications Include:

+ History of effective training initiatives and change management

+ Model employee of the CSC values of service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and being genuine

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

+ Strong time management, research & analytical skills

+ Effective written and verbal communications

+ Ability to work independently and function as part of a team and across teams

+ Problem-solving skills

+ Prior Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment

+ Ability to quickly learn new systems, technology and methods

+ Ability to travel as needed within and outside the US

+ Ability to be flexible with hours to accommodate international training needs

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field

+ Training experience in scheduling, designing and delivering training in a corporate environment
