Enterprise Application Integrations Solution Manager (Job Number: 205635W-01)

Description

INTRODUCTION

DuPont is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager that will
ensure completed solutions transition to the service delivery organization for
ongoing operations. Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions to
support project implementations. EAI
solutions that consist of infrastructure and data messaging technology used for
connecting DuPont managed applications and external customer or vendor
technologies.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will manage a team of internal and outsourced
partners responsible for the design and build of integration solutions using
DuPont technology standards. EAI
projects require a high degree of collaboration across IT and partner
organizations. EAI projects are integral
to workstreams frequently part of larger IT programs. A strategic objective for EAI is
consolidating and simplifying legacy technologies to improve business
capability and operating cost.

Your keyresponsibilities:

+ Managethe EAI solutions delivery strategy including staffing strategy and roadmap ofinitiatives

+ Collaboratewith application and business process teams to manage EAI demand

+ Leadershipin defining project scope, requirements, priority and scheduling

+ Managestaffing and development of the EAI competency

+ Selectand manage relationships and contracts with IT vendors responsible for solutiondelivery

+ Overseethe design and delivery of EAI solutions

+ Defineand utilize reusable standard processes for managing implementation of the EAIproject portfolio compliant with IT policies and standards

+ Manageinternal partner and vendor relationships resolving conflicts and performanceissues

+ Overseequality assurance ensuring compliance with DuPont policies and standards

+ Developand manage the transition of EAI solutions to IT production operations

+ Managesolutions in alignment with established project and EAI competency budgets

+ Collaboratewith EAI Architect to identify improvement opportunity in technology standards

+ Leadership in defining and executing Life cyclemanagement EAI technologies

Qualifications

Your qualification profile:

+ Bachelor’s Degreepreferability in a technology field

+ Minimum of 5years of industry experience in an EAI Technology role

+ Minimum 5 yearsin a leadership role

+ Prefer experiencewith SAP PI/PO/CPI, Microsoft Azure or similar integration technologies

+ Cross-functional team leadershipexperience in Global environment

+ Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills

+ Experience working in amulti-vendor IT outsourced environment

+ Enterprise process orientation

+ Experience managingrelationships with external business vendor/customer partners

+ Familiarity with messagingtechnologies (e.g. SFTP, Web Services, AS2) and service providers

+ Experience in integrating acrosshybrid legacy and cloud technology environments

+ Working knowledge of modernsecurity standards and encryption methods
