Job Description:

The Card Finance team is part of the Consumer and GWIM Finance Organization. The primary focus of our team is to provide financial support to the line of business through strategic planning, profitability analyses, forecasting, financial reporting, business case development, and other ad hoc requests. Our primary business partners include the Card Product team and the broader CFO Organization.

This role is responsible for the incorporation of key business initiatives into the strategic planning process and overall administration of the forecast for the Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Key responsibilities include the following:

+ Key liaison and coordinator between the FP&A team and Consumer Card BFO support teams, with a focus on implementing and socializing the effects of strategic initiatives in the forecast.

+ Analysis of strategic business decisions, emerging customer behavior trends and macroeconomic impact on results.

+ Support the aggregation, packaging, and socialization of business case impacts to senior leadership.

+ Throughout the tenure of this role, this teammate will gain significant experience in business partnering, forecasting, business case analysis, financial analysis and presentation of findings.

Required Skills:

+ Bachelor’s degree – Finance/Accounting preferred

+ 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience

+ Advanced Excel and data manipulation

+ Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills

+ Strong communication, organization, presentation, analytical, and business partnering skills

Desired Skills:

+ Experience with complex financial products, including Credit Card.
