About the Chief Technology Office

The Chief Technology Office (CTO) for JPMorgan Chase & Co. oversees technology enablement for the firm, including: engineering and architecture tools and practices, technology portfolio management and rationalization, data architecture, public cloud enablement and adoption, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and big data. Our goal is to accelerate the delivery and adoption of the Global Technology Vision – and enable the firm’s Global Technology teams to deliver faster and more impactfully for customers and clients.

Job Description

This position is within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) Strategy, Governance and Engagement team, and will be responsible for helping CTO’s significant programs effectively engage key constituents. This will involve driving awareness, communications, and learning opportunities with the goal of garnering greater adoption and buy-in to enterprise technology offerings (e.g., JPMC Enterprise Toolchain (JET), Public Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

+ Partner with each CTO program team (Adopting Cloud, Accelerating Development, Records Management, Technology Lifecycle Management, Technology Data Management, AI/ML, Data Architecture, ServiceNow, Rationalizing Applications) to establish stakeholder engagement plans that identify critical audiences and associated vehicles/channels through which the program will engage constituents

+ Draft, proofread, and deliver communication and educational opportunities in alignment with the stakeholder plans to drive greater awareness and adoption across the firm/LOBs/Corporate Functions (e.g., awareness of the pros/cons of the four primary record archiving solutions)

+ Collaborate with Global Technology Communications and Learning & Development to execute in alignment with key principles, standards and methodologies

+ Manage the delivery cycles for key vehicles, including: monthly program snapshot emails to GT leadership, daily Symphony posts to program chat rooms, and program websites (go/sites)

+ Support programs in soliciting feedback and metrics on program communication effectiveness, and areas of opportunity for additional support (e.g., frequency, level of detail, vehicles utilized, etc.)

+ Identify areas of opportunity for further alignment and engagement with LOB/Corporate Function constituents to accelerate adoption of program goals firm-wide

Skills required

+ Excellent written and verbal communicationskills; extensive storyboarding skills (PowerPoint)

+ Strong project planning and managementabilities in combination with proven teamwork and influencing skills

+ Adept at Microsoft products (PowerPoint,Excel, Word, SharePoint)

+ Detail orientated and highly organized

+ Confident self-starter that is comfortable workingwith ambiguity to solve complex problems

+ Outstanding interpersonal skills with theproven ability to influence and achieve alignment across a range of differentopinions and interests

+ Ability to work well in a high-pressure anddynamic environment, to develop strong relationships and manage by influence

+ Ability to work independently and makeobjective decisions independently

Preferred Qualifications

+ Financial services or management consulting experience

+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
