We are seeking a talented Office Coordinator to join our team at ResortQuest.
Both seasonal and full time positions with benefits are available!
+ The Office Coordinator will support office personnel in the Maintenance departments with all steps of scheduling, assigning, and follow through with work orders.
+ Provide customer service through phone calls, emails and walk ins.
+ Answer and return all phone calls and emails from employees and customers.
+ Enter, assign, update, and close out work orders.
+ Distribute work to field employees and follow up until completion, ensuring work order notes are accurately updated and next steps required are clearly defined.
+ Coordinate and follow up with vendors
+ Assist the assistant manager with department billing and invoices.
+ Maintain property files and inventory of keys.
+ Conduct property inspections when needed
The schedule for this position will vary based on seasonal needs and will be as follows:
+ May thru June 8:45am thru 5:15pm, weekends required and 2 set scheduled days off.
+ Peak season of July thru August (approximately 10 weeks) will require availability between 8:45am and 7pm Sunday thru Thursday and until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
+ September schedule will resume to approximately 40 hours/week and end time of 5:15pm
Peak season hours will require more than 40 hours/week and will allow a great opportunity for overtime pay.
High School diploma or equivalent
One year office experience preferred.
Computer skills are required.
Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
