ANNAX offers integrated passenger information for trains and suburban trains

Our customers carry passengers, we inform and entertain passengers. ANNAX provides the complete technical solutions to generate, transmit and display information. Our system solutions in the rail industry include ANNAX passenger information with many already integrated subsystems, such as seat reservation, passenger counting, passenger safety, information for blind persons, for fire protection, for entertainment systems and others. Our customers include major OEMs in the rail industry such as SIEMENS.

The ANNAX Group has 3 locations (Germany, Switzerland and China) with over 240 employees and is part of the American Wabtec Corporation with more than 20,000 employees.


Key Aim

To ensure product/part conformity through measurement and analysis in accordance with ANNAX/Wabtec procedures and control documents.


+ Measurement of components to drawings and technical specifications.

+ Review of supplier’s paperwork to ensure parts meet specification.

+ Raise Supplier Non-Conformity Reports (SNCR) should a non-conformity or issue be identified.

+ Release product to stock via the ERP system.

+ Quarantine non-conforming product.

+ Arrange return of non-conforming product with logistics.



+ Studies Mechanical Engineering

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Problem solving skills

+ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

+ Numerate and literate

+ Resilient temperament

+ Organised – able to manage multiple issues

+ IT literate and conversant with Microsoft office

+ Customer focused

+ Able to work autonomously

+ Fluency in German and English

Nice to have :

+ Knowledge of material standardsExperience in the rail industry

+ Experience of SAP ERP system

+ Ability to apply continuous improvement
