JPMorgan Chase is seeking an ED, Technology Controls Governance and Strategy Lead, to join the CCB & AWM organizations. This position will report to the Managing Director of CCB & AWM CTC Governance and Controls. The role will work with the CTC organization, as well as the CCB and AWM teams and be responsible for establishing and enforcing an agile risk management program that both empowers the business to build, test and deploy products that customers want, while enforcing the controls to protect safeguard data.
The person best suited for this position will be a highly independent and self-motivated individual, with excellent communications and influencing skills. The position requires a balance of technical experience in agile, matched with a good understanding of risk management, and the ability to collaborate with various business and technical teams.
+ Lead the efforts to transition to an agile methodology of managing risk through assessments, reporting, and user story creation
+ Develop CCB & AWM CTC roadmap governance, tracking and reporting for agile governance
+ Establish Central Management of the CCB & AWM CTC book of work, in partnership with the CTC and CCB & AWM IT program management teams
+ Drive the creation and implementation of strategic solutions to assist in the transition to the overall CTC operating model
+ Maintain an understanding of the firm-wide obligations, combined with applying a knowledgeable line of business view to how they apply and operate within the context of a line of business unit
+ Uphold a full understanding of the Technology platforms supporting business processes and workflows, and applying a dedicated technology control lens to help meet business priorities
+ Serve as the relationship manager for key stakeholders through strong relationship building and collaboration across varied practice areas in business and technology
+ Serve as the ‘change agent’ to demonstrate the value of strong cybersecurity & technology control in application/product delivery lifecycle
+ 3+ years working in in Agile solution delivery as a Product Owner, Application Owner, Project Manager, Technology Lead or related position.
+ Working knowledge of common and industry standard agile terms and definitions in order to establish oneself as a subject matter expert in the field of agile transformation
+ 2+ years’ experience with technology controls or risk management function
+ Experience leading team of 2+ individuals
+ Demonstrated success leading strategic programs in continuous improvement, process optimization and adoption of best practices in a large, diverse organization.
